I reached out to Rosie last year. I did feel a little embarrassed, it was on impulse, but she is the most wonderful human. Allowing myself to be vulnerable and speak to her from the heart, just felt so easy. 

It was time for me address a lot of things and I was drawn to her for help

It may sound extreme but she has honestly changed my life. She would always say to me “it’s you who has achieved this and got yourself here, I’ve just shown you the tools” but I honestly wouldn’t feel how I feel now without her. 

She is an Angel I will always aspire to glow as she does. 

I have no self hatred, all the resent I once carried on a multitude of things has gone away. I’m driven for all the right reasons, for myself. I have my moments, but rather then feeling down about it, and going backwards, I know how to forgive and I can understand, and keep moving forward.
