This Body-Mind Therapy is for anyone that feels they are struggling with their physical and/or mental health in general. If you have any physical, mental, emotional & relational issues this is the best option for you. My expertise lie in anxiety, loss of purpose/passion, disordered eating, gut issues(and related symptoms), low self worth, limiting belief systems, setting goals, unprocessed trauma & building healthy future relationships. No stone is unturned. The body and mind are interconnected, when we have an issue in our relationship this stress impacts our bodily functions, putting us into a chronic fight or flight, and vice versa. Working synergistically with the body and mind, using an integrative approach to balance any physiological, habitual, psychological, emotional and social issues is for me the key to optimal health and happiness.

This True Transformation is for anyone that feels they have started on a “dark night of the soul” journey. An awakening to your true self.
